"Music has been a way of life for me from early childhood forward. I tell people that I started playing piano as soon as I could reach it, and violin followed shortly after.
Throughout high school, music grew to be the joy and passion of my life, leading to national and international awards for superior performance and an honorary membership in the National Fraternity of Student Musicians in 2002 and 2003.
Even before graduating Atlanta Baptist College with bachelor and master’s degrees in education and music I was part of a group awarded Best in Henry County for Private Music Instruction (2008).
As I approach 20 years of experience teaching everything from orchestras and ensembles to one-on-one lessons on piano and bowed strings, I am quick to tell everyone that I teach because I love it and I want my students to love through music."Education:
